Hi STAR Kids Families!

It was so wonderful to see you all at the Family Reunion this past Sunday!  What a joyous celebration!  Let’s worship together again this coming Sunday, June 27.  However, this week is a little different, parents will be worshipping outdoors and STAR Kids programming and worship will be inside for all children. 

Indoor worship is currently limited to 15% capacity, so some of our ministries are moving to larger rooms. On Sunday, here is what you can expect:

Arrival - Come on inside Entrance 1 and check-in before the start of the service.  The check-in team will direct you to your classroom.  As we will be remaining indoors for the entire service, children can leave their outdoor chairs and sunscreen at home.

Nursery - Nursery, for ages 0-2, is moving upstairs to rooms 224 and 225.  This room can accommodate eight children with four leaders.  The nursing room and change table are still available to parents downstairs.

Toddlers - The toddler class, ages 2-4, will be in their usual classroom. The current capacity is limited to six children, so please be sure to reserve your spot quickly!

Kindergarten - Junior and Senior Kindergarten children will worship in their usual classroom.  This space is currently limited to six children as well.  

Grades 1-6 - With the wide spacious foyer available, STAR Kids is excited to announce that Sunday morning small groups are relaunching!  All children who usually worship in the Fellowship Hall may join their STAR Kids leaders in the foyer.  Please bring your Bible and your Bible Reading Journal with you (SOAP or GOD Journal).  Many of us are journaling at different paces, so please bring your current journal, whichever one it is.  Extra journals are available if you would like to begin this reading adventure with us.  The leaders are so looking forward to connecting with their small groups again!

Pick Up - You may come to pick up your child from their classrooms right after the service, but feel free to linger and fellowship outside!

STAR Kids programming will be running this summer rain or shine!  If the service is moved inside due to rain, the first 15% will be notified and are welcome to come and join us.  There is a great advantage to registering early in the week ;)
