Most people struggle in their prayer lives. Some struggle with unfocused prayers, others struggle to pray with faith that God will answer their requests. Still others struggle to begin praying at all! The truth is that many believers cannot remember the last time they experienced a specific answer to prayer. Each of these common problems are for the most part solved when believers learn to pray Scripture—to quote God’s words back to him!

Tim Kerr has been the pastor of Sovereign Grace Church Toronto since its beginning in the summer of 2004. In the Fall of 2016, Tim handed over the senior pastor role to Josh Tong while remaining on as a part time pastor in the church. With his remaining time, Tim gives his time to mentoring pastors and emerging leaders. Tim has led many prayer teams behind the scenes for conferences in the USA and Canada. Tim and his wife, Joanne, have 4 children, and two grandchildren.
