Monthly Liturgical Evening Service

We are excited to announce the launch of a new monthly liturgical evening service, led by Dr. Michael Haykin at 6:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall.

The worship format will draw inspiration from the traditional pattern of the ancient Church during the first five centuries. These practices were revived during the Protestant Reformation and reflected in the Book of Common Prayer. Given our Baptist roots that are precious to us, this monthly service will seek to combine the best of these two worlds of worship.

With this in mind, each service will include:

• A sermon
• A couple of classical hymns
• Elements in the tradition of the Book of Common Prayer such as written prayers, corporate confession, reciting creeds, and so on.

Join us as we worship through prayer, confession, hymnody, and the hearing of God's Word.
