Kim Beaman
Director of Children's Ministries
Born in Birmingham, Alabama, Kim came to faith in Christ at the young age of five during a neighborhood Bible Kids’ Club in her home. Her father’s ministry as a pastor moved her to Burlington, Ontario that same year. Kim was baptized at Park Bible Church and graduated from Lancaster Bible College with degrees in Education and Bible. She has been attending West Highland with her husband, Ross, and three children since 2006.
Kim is passionate about helping children know there is a God that loves them and has a plan and a purpose for their lives. She has taught at Burlington Christian Academy, cared for children in her home daycare, directed day camps and served in STAR Kids for over 10 years before joining West Highland’s team full time in July 2019.
