Our desire in WH Kids is to partner with families to help their children know Jesus Christ and to skip alongside them as they grow in their faith.

Come and see us at the Children's Welcome Centre (just inside Entrance 1) when you arrive. We will show you what to do and where to go!

Frequently Asked Questions
What do I do when I arrive with my child?
Come and see us at the Children's Welcome Centre (inside Entrance 1), where you can register and obtain a name tag for your child. This tag also serves as identification for you as the parent/guardian when you pick up your child.
When and where do the kids meet on Sundays?
Just inside Entrance 1 is our Kids Welcome Centre. You’ll be greeted by a friendly face and they will walk you through registering your child(ren). Try to come a few minutes before the start of the service you will be attending (our services are at 9:00 & 11:00 AM) to register your family.
How does West Highland ensure safety for the kids in their programs?
We take safety very seriously! All volunteers undergo background checks and Plan to Protect Training. We also have a secure check-in/check-out process, and only authorized individuals can pick up children.
Do you have accommodations for children with special needs?
Yes! We want every child to feel welcome and included. Let us know how we can support your child, and we’ll do our best to make adjustments for their needs.
We want to ensure that every child in our program has the support that he/she may need to have a safe and fun time. Please tell your child's classroom leader if there are special considerations for them to be aware of to support.
What do I do if I would like to become a WH Kids volunteer?
Please use the contact form above. We will gladly speak with you about serving opportunities and guide you through the process of becoming an approved WH Kids volunteer.
What if my child needs me during the service?
If your child needs your attention, we will display a code on the auditorium wall. This code matches the number on your child’s pick-up tag. If you see your number, please head to their classroom.

Kid’s Club
Have your child(ren) join us Tuesday evenings at 6:30 PM for Kids Club!
Kids Club runs from September to May for students in Grades 1 to 6. To join us in the clubhouse for skits, games, stories, crafts, and all kinds of activities for just $75.
WH Summer Day Camp
JR. CAMP
At Junior Camp, our youngest campers currently in JK to Grade 2 will experience a fun-filled week of games, crafts, dance, drama, water play, science, and special activities. As campers travel through the themed rotation stations they will learn from new experiences, make new friends along the way, and create memories that will last a lifetime!
SR. CAMP
At Senior Camp, campers currently in grades 3-6 will customize their camp experience by choosing a program stream that best matches their personal interests. Each week will offer the Maker Baker and Game On! Sports streams and will feature either our STEM Wonderland or The Studio. So, bakers will be baking, makers will be making, scientists will be experimenting, singers will be singin’, and athletes will be competing all summer long!
MAKER BAKER - Creators Unite! Five fun-filled days of making, baking, and creating as campers let their imaginations soar to new heights! Whether it’s drawing, painting, whisking, or mixing campers will enjoy dabbling in a variety of unique crafts and delicious delights - all while making new friends and sparking their creative talents!
GAME ON! SPORTS - Campers will have a ball in this summer’s Game On! Sports stream where everyone is an MVP! Come hone your game, meet new friends, and learn important elements in team-building, cooperation, sportsmanship, and healthy living. We’ll dive into building healthy bodies through proper nutrition while mastering the skills of being a good sportsman. All this, while having a ton of fun! Guaranteed to SCORE big with sports fans of all ages, stages, and skill levels.
THE STUDIO - Lights! Camera! Action! Spend a week in The Studio letting your creative juices flow! Campers will explore their creativity and discover new talents they may not know they have as they enjoy acting, singing, dancing, the art of storytelling, improv, painting and so much more! Note: The Studio will only be offered in weeks 1, 2, 3, & 5.

Refund Policy:
We understand that plans can change and you may need to withdraw your child from camp.
- Cancellations 4 weeks or more before camp: You will receive a full refund minus $50 administration fee per registration.
- Cancellations less than 4 weeks before camp: No refunds will be issued.
Please note that refunds will not be provided for the following:
- Sickness
- Late arrivals
- Early departures
- Dismissals due to disciplinary action
