Ken is a seasoned pastor within our Fellowship of Evangelical Baptist Churches. Ken hails from Kapuskasing where he came to Christ as a young boy and began to sense God’s call into ministry. After graduating from Toronto Baptist Seminary he served as an associate pastor at New Toronto Baptist Church. He completed further theological training at Ontario Theological Seminary (now Tyndale) and then worked as a field manager for David C. Cooke for 9 years. After this he served for another 9 years at Forward Baptist Church in Cambridge as associate pastor of Christian Education. Ken served for over 13 years as Lead Pastor of Faithway Baptist Church in Woodstock.
During his years at Forward in Cambridge, Ken launched their small group ministry and saw it grow from 12 groups to 50 groups by the time his ministry there ended. At Faithway, he launched a ministry called “Growing Up” which focused on discipleship, accountability and Scripture memorization.
Ken is Married to Leslie and has been in pastoral ministry for over 25 years. Ken is a model rail road enthusiast.
